By using our website, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read ‘em carefully—we promise to keep it chill, but clear.
Services & Products
Cozy Chaos offers custom design services, merch printing, content creation, and brand support. Specific project details (deliverables, timeline, and pricing) will be outlined via email or contract prior to starting work.
Custom orders may include design proofs, revisions, and production time. We do not begin work until your deposit or payment (if required) is received.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made through approved platforms such as Squarespace Checkout.
Design Services: A deposit will be required to start your project. Full payment is due before final files are delivered.
Products & Merch: Payment is required in full at checkout for physical items or custom printed products.
No refunds are issued for completed design work or custom-printed items unless there’s a printing error or defect.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times will vary depending on the scope of your project or order. We’ll always do our best to communicate timelines clearly up front. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
All original designs created by Cozy Chaos Creative Co. remain the property of Cozy Chaos until final payment is received. After full payment:
You own the rights to use the design for the intended purpose (branding, marketing, merch, etc.)
Cozy Chaos retains the right to display work in our portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon
Templates or assets purchased through third parties will be used in accordance with those specific license terms.
Cancellations & Refunds
For design services:
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any deposits are non-refundable.
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be considered based on work completed.
For physical products:
Due to the custom nature of our items, returns and refunds are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Communication
We primarily communicate through email. Once a project starts, we expect timely responses to avoid delays. If we don’t hear back for 14 days, your project may be paused or closed.
Website Use
All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, and designs—is owned by Cozy Chaos Creative Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission. Be cool, don’t steal.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page, so check back if needed. Continued use of our site or services means you agree to any updated terms.
